This past week, we were excited to welcome our Kairos summer interns! These young men and women will spend their summer taking classes and doing hands-on ministry in a variety of different areas. The program is designed to give students the opportunity to lead, study, and serve alongside the Grace Church staff. Our 22 interns this summer come from five different states and countries, and they represent eight different universities.

During their first week, the interns spent a day away—getting to know each other and spending time reflecting on ways they can grow this summer. It was a great way to capture a vision of what the summer may hold. Will you join us in praying for these interns? And when you see them at your campus, be sure to say hi!

Kairos interns are here for the summer, and we are excited! These young men and women will spend the summer across all our campuses working alongside Grace staff in various ministries, taking classes, and serving our church body. Be sure you take time to get to know the interns at your campus, and please join us in prayer as we invest in the next generation of leaders. We can’t believe our Kairos interns are wrapping up their summer! While the interns have served in numerous ways over the summer in their specific ministry areas, they were able to come together in July for Kairos Outreach Week and serve our Foster & Adopt ministry. Over the course of this week, interns helped sort donations in the Foster & Adopt Resource Center, went to various foster families to help with yard work, cleaned car seats at local DSS offices, and even hosted a story hour for children.
